Tranny mid mount

Debating on which tranny mid mount, weld on tabs with rubber bushings or simple type with urethane stoppers that rubs/forces againt the underside of the frame horns. I would assume the noise transferred would be greater with the urethane stoppers?

The rubber bumper style works very well with minimal noise or vibration. I got mine from Joel Mohr a few years back, very nice piece. They make a big difference at stopping wheel hop, that's for sure.
