Spring plate upgrade

IIRC Wally has fitted something similar to his bug. Whilst the bushes have polyurethane sleeves on them it is noted that these take up any production tolerences in the spring plates so don't expect any NVH attentuation. Its interesting to note that the Porsche factory racers resorted to a uniball set up on the rear instead of this type of bush.
