how long is a 944 torsion bar

just wondering if i can set up my car with 944 turbo spring plates and standerd irs torsion bars just to keep my car a roller in my garage. is the 944 torsion bar any longer the the bug one? i know thare a bit thicker. thanks

You are correct... only thicker. :) The T1 IRS models are the same as 944.

Note Sway-a-way torsiong bars part numbers for 944 and Type I are the same. I just found this out from the Sway-a-way technical staff.
