Anyone have a 901 on the workbench?

I'm hoping for two quick measurements:

I need to know the shift-shaft length from seal to end when the trans is in 2nd, and when the trans is in 3rd.

I can measure it roughly in my car, but it's not going to be easy!

GLI Autowerks to the rescue!

Selector shaft is 2.75" long from the seal when in 2nd gear. 3.75" long from the seal when in 3rd gear.

I've got mine out and can throw a tape around whatever you need.
