I had some bespoke spacer adaptors made by Machine 7 in Nuneaton here on the mainland UK. I needed 924 to wide 5. Took a couple of weeks but very happy with the finished product. I guess 4 x 100 - 5 x 130mm spacer adaptors should be possible with about 25mm spacing (same as 4 x 130 - 5 x 130mm) All you need is the extra depth for the bolt heads to hold the adaptor to the disc/hub.
You just got to check the ET of the rims to see if they'll fit...

Just been thinking (dangerous habit)
I have seen Golfs etc with turbo twists fitted. Dunno if they were 4 x 100 or the later 5 x 100(?).
Am sure replica wheels are available with the correct pcd for Golfs etc but which wheel fitment I don't know.
Maybe another avenue to explore?

There are replicas around in 5x100 pcd, I know cos I had some, but god rid of them. They were cup1s though not twists.
Not many used ones around.
