Master cylinder bore size

Does anyone know what bore size of master cylinder should be used for following brake system configuration?

Front - Wilwood 4-pot calipers 44.5mm bore size
Rear - Wilwood 4-pot calipers 35mm bore size

I will be using Tilton dual mc pedal with balance bar.
