Has anyone had experience of putting discs on the rear of a bay window van early or late?

I have a 944 set-up and was wondering how easy it would be to fit?

Cheers

Hey Ollie,

You got the front end done yet then?

You enjoying your tunes?

Hi Sam, not done the front brakes yet, still faffing about with the rears! will do the whole lot in one go when I know for sure it's all going to be straight forward!

Got some 6x15 tele dials for the front and 7x15's for the back.

Sounds are cool... really 'tight' sound if you know what I mean!!

I looked into it for my bay (now sold it!) and decided that I would use the T2 rear hub, machine it so the 944 rear disk would fit on top, redrill the hub for Porsche stud pattern and push the studs through from the back and then make up backing plate using bits from both 944 and T2 stuff. Not easy but possible. If you manage to use the T2 hub, then your wheel spacing will stay the same so no problems with offsets etc.
