Anyone have a link the describes how to do this ? Or can anyone give a brie explanation on it !? I plan on installing new bushings , a sway bar and lowering the rear this weekend .Am I correct in assuming that when the spring plate is free that there are only the inner portion of the trailing arm is held on (closest to body) ?!

There is also the dampers that must be removed. Then you need a 17mm allen head to remove the big bolt that attaches the arm to the body. I had to use a big bar to remove mine. As for the bushings you can have them pressed out, bang them out with a hammer or burn them out. I drilled out some of the rubber then punched it out with a hammer and used a little lubricant too.
Good Luck.
