oasis57

Hi,
I have two problems, although neither is a major problem in the grand scheme of things.
(1) If I log-on at work as I usually do, I can sign on as my original name of oasis. However, if I am on my computer or my daughter's computer at home, I will sign on with the password as usual, and I get the screen which welcomes me. But then, the next page is the sign-in page all over again. The endless loop begins.
I have circumvented this by creating a second name, oasis57. This seems to work but I would prefer not to represent myself under two different names.
(2) The other minor problem is I seem to get automatically signed off in a rather short amount of time. I understand this is necessary as people might forget to log-out, but I was wondering if the amount of time could be lengthened so one could make a two paragraph response without having to sign in again.
Thanks,
René
