I need one fast answer. I must answer the man will I buy weels or not? Well I need to know can I use 6.5 * 15 ET 38 whit 185/65 tires with stock breaks front disc (VW 1303 S)!

yes! that width and offset is perfect for a latemodel bug.. you'll just have to drill the hubs to suit the stud pattern of the wheels.
