Does anyone know who made this spring plate conversion set-up? Or where to buy it?

This one is made by MBT. As I mentioned in the PTP forum I do not know if that is a production unit. The picture of the pan is actually an MBT owned pan if I am not mistaken. It has quite some custom work done to it.
