My rear disc (pic)

Hi!

Here is my rear disc conversion!

But!
Do I have problem or not! I cut my old drum break to put in golf I front disc.... but now when I rotate wheels.... wheels had +- 1 mm at radius 7.5 inch play left right..... Is this a lot or I must again relined hubs....

Hello AcyTom!

Well, they should have NO play at radius rotation...
Have the hubs vey carefully resurfaced but check also : is the discs brand new ? if not maybe they need a very very light 001mm resurfaced in the inner surface too.Are you bearings in good condition ? Are the hub main bolt properly torqued ?
Give me some more details about the setup for additional info.

Hi!

Thanks for your answer I check all stuff but the problem is that the hubs has +-0.2mm endplay, so I must carefully resurfaced hubs.....:mad:
I'm working on my beetle for last 2 year and everything I had to do twiced.....
