joe, I need a cf hood insert

basically something to fit into the front hood recess on the backside of the front hood on my 71 sb.

I might be able to do it, send me some pics of the area and a few dimensions.

the inner dimensions should be similar to your hood on your super. the only difference I believe would be that the earlier supers have a longer hood.

I will take some measurements though when I go see my car this week.

I took some pics and some measurements, but the pics didnt come out :(

It should be almost the same as the underside of your 1303 hood, just longer.

I can shoot you the measurements I took though.
