How about we have a meeting at the bar on the 5th of August.
That is just before the Great Canadian Bug show.

Tuesday 5th at 7:30 at the usual place.

If the 5th is alright lets try to get together then. The 29th is very short notice and I do have to work that night.

If the majority wants to meet on the 29th then go ahead.
