where did you get your replacement sheet metal parts from?

how did you replace your rear quarter panels? i'm doing mine and it's a pain. unfortunately i already cut a little too much off to make it easy.
same with the rear cross member, i should have no problem gettign them in probably but in the rear luggage compartment you know how it get's rusted out bad on the sides. did you pretty much just pound sheet metal in there into the right shap then cut and weld it in?
