What Torsion bars are interchangable with early and late beatles? 911, 944, type 3 etc. What MM 23, 24, 30? I want to create a vicious road racing beast. I know type 3 are interchangable. Some body run it all down. Thanks, men.

You could just buy aftermarket ones...i know they're more expensive than ones you'd find in a bone yard, but then you could pick the precise size you wanted. I'm thinking about going to 29mm ones on my IRS standard beetle for autocross/road racing.
