Rear 924/944 KONI Adjostment

I jost got 4 rear IRS Konis from some junkyard porsches for $10. 1 pair koni sport and 1 pair koni specials. (reds and yellows) The reds got stuck compressed. Anybody ever have this happen? How do I fix these two? the yellow sports are fine.

The internal seals probably went bad. They are probably junk in my own opinion.:(

Sorry man I had the same problem with my shox on my baja, but I blew the seal by jumping the vehicle and landing in a huge ditch (with oil everywhere, it took me and my freind almost an hour to push it out). :)
