Mine are installing the exhaust and injection system on my 6 cyl 3.0, painting bumpers for the red and white bus, and putting down specs on paper for the EFI injection system I'm building for the Porsche.

New years I'm going junkyarding with my Bro-inlaw.

I'll try to get pictures of the bus and motor up today.

I know this is probably verboten, but I'm upgrading the injectors, fuel pressure regulator and AFM in my BMW 325. Gets a little lean in the upper rpm range.

-Thinking and maybe (if i have time left.. making) mine airscoop into the roof.

If there is still time left (I don't think so) then I can start to fit the Remmele-look airintakes in the sidepanels:D

But yeaaaaaah.. the holiday is al little bit short :silly:

Today I will mount the rear deck spoiler that I got for my wifes new Jetta TDI. I hate drilling holes in the body of a car. It took my 2 hrs to man up and drill the holes in Smack to mount the tag on the back (is that were I realy want it).

I'm this close to being p*ssed. Two days and I'm still fighting with the alignment of the exhaust of the 911. First the muffler stuck out 1" too far, now its too close to the engine. Going to the muffler shop in the morning to see if they can cut the cat bypass pipe and reweld it shortened. Grrrr, this should have taken 30 minutes.

Well I got the spoiler on and wired, looks great (wife loves it). I can't find my zip-ties to finish the job (need one). Thats what happens when you move everthing around. Tomorrow I will try to fix the turn signals on the Blue Bug. And find out why the truck battery is dead (some current draw).

Zen,
It is awful when you have company come over and all they do is talk and not help........it was good to see you on Friday and your house is cool but not as cool as your car.

Thank got I have a mig welder.

Finally got the exhaust on yesterday. Took it back to the shop that bent it for me Friday, then it was too long. So they sliced it and expanded one end so they would slide together. I put the whole thing together, aligned it all, then welded the pipe back together.

Installed and wired the alt and fan, and the fan shroud, then proceeded to strip the shaft for the alt while installing the fan belt, nice thing to screw up a $250 alt. Have to swap out the old one tomorrow.

It's 5 steps from completion. I'm shooting for Wed if I can get the engine tin stripped and painted.

:D. i have that back suspension ready to come out. just have to remove axles, spring plates and trailing arm mount. then will start fitting the new one. looking to put my cup brace in at the same time. hence the welding comment. if you still feel like a road trip let me know. i am working on it through the month and will probably take a week off late Jan early Feb to finish this thing up.

dave, oil cooler is going to have to move. :(

We can move it or fab new plates(shock tower) to mount the brace or both. With that big shoe-horn and some grease, we WILL get it in.
