Well we cranked the Jetta today and it lit right off. It took a while to get the water pump to prime(damn radiator cars) and we have to find a vacume leak or the scource of the low boost it has now(could be the computer relearning after the battery was disconnected for days). Still need to swap 3 stretch bolts(when VW gets them in), swap the oil pans over(leak), put the engine covers/belly pan on, get the car to see it has a CD changer now and change the oil. But it is close to being done. :D
Almost forgot, pay the visa bill for the engine($2500) :bawling:
Then I can get back to the 2275.

What it wouldn't have done for my 2275(turned it into a Type 4) and the 901 installation. :bawling: :bawling: :bawling: :bawling:

Good to hear that is back on the road. I know Nancy is happy to have it back!
Now my new 90 Jetta on the other hand......... needs a little help here and there! :banghead:
So it will not be able to make an appearance next weekend. I will be in the 300,000 mile 87 Golf packed full towing a little trailer! :righton:
