Just got back from the show in Melbourne, FL.
Great show, lots of nice cars, no GL's

But I did get some great deals on parts.
Scored a really nice Bosch Blue Coil for my 2276 for 5 Bucks.
Score a set of Dual Baby Webers for a friend of mines 1776. Got them for 30 Bucks!

And last but not least, I scored a set of brand spankin new 1 1/4 wider then stock Creative Car Craft late model fenders for only 50 Bucks for the pair!!!
I will save these for a later 1303 project I have planned in the works... :raiseroof

I scored some goodies too. My 1.7L project ($200). I tried to post pics, but it won't let me for some reason. Now I've just got to sell of alot off the extra junk to pay for the valve job, cam, carbs, and cooling setup.

The guy I got the engine from had 2 more (2.0 and another 1.7) that he wanted to sell for another $100. That's $300 for the whole bunch. I just didn't have the room to carry it all back and store it. He's in Ft. White, Fl by Gainesville if anyone is interested I'll give you his number. He's got a load of T1 parts and a 71 Std in decent shape for sale too.

Anyway, sorry to hijack your thread Joe. Good score. I'd loved to have run across those carbs. :D

No problem with the thread hijack :D

Yea, I wish I needed those carbs too.
I was on the lookout for a set for a good
friend of mine cause he's low on cash and
needs to get his 1776 on the road.

Next time I see him I'll ask for some more information. He said she paid $5K for it when she bought it but you never know if you could talk her down.
