Avatar changes?

Having trouble trying to get CP to accept an avatar change?
I shrunk it down to super tiny 74x56 pixel, about 4kb and it still won't change it? Me sooo stoopid. What gives?

The same thing happened on my side.
This being the reason why I don't have any avatar on my profile...

I`m the first to admit that I know more about veedubs than computers, but still I have been able to get the avatar to work in other forums... :p
