Here are a few HID Express (http://www.hidexpress.com/), SUV Lights (http://www.suvlights.com/) and Sylvania (http://www.sylvania.com/)

I hope this helps.

That HID express looks cool. but i was looking at the specs and it says it's only a "low beam".

To make them work in a beetle application i think you would have to get some head light lenses/buckets that accept the H4 style bulb.

You can get a 'BI-XENON' which is similar to the H4 with a high and low beam,
The problem with this type of bulb is the low beam is a 35watt Xenon (brighter than a 55watt halogen bulb) and the high beam is a 65watt halogen, sounds good huh! but remember the Xenon is pure light or as close as possible depending on the bulb chosen (http://www.hidexpress.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWCATS&Category=5) and the halogen will allways have a yellow tint to it.

According to the retailers/manufacturers the low beam is so good there is no need for the high beam, they then go on to say that the high beam is JUST for thanking or acknowledging other drivers !!!!!! do these people actually drive
