bit of a odd one this.1303 single side case,fitted a super diff and heavy duty side plate,foward gears are fine so is revearse when the box is cold when its warmed up judders like the box is going to fall out.heavy duty mounts and berg intermedate mount,kennady cover with four puck disc on a billet steel flywheel.got me totaly baffeld.

I would say its something to do with the clutch changing somehow when its getting hot. Stick a stock clutch in there, and see if it does it?

Try playing with the amount of bend in the clutch cable conduit too..

that would be about a days work! and would probaly last aabout 10 minutes :D
easy way around this is to not revearse :laugh:

Yeah, I know. I just replaced my own clutch. You think it might only take half an hour, but then you remember you have to take the breather system off, the carbs, the exhaust etc. Takes 2 days!

So it only judders in reverse?

and rememeber that mine is dry sumped as well so all the pipe work for that has to come off as well as drain the oil[all 3 gallon of it].
might just be that im not giving it enough revs and trying to slip the clutch which it realy dosen't like even in forward gears.

You're using a four puck disc? They don't slip, they grab! Especially when hot. Take it out and put in an organic rigid disc. Your shuddering will be gone.
