custom shop in northern virginia?

Since my weekend of custom work bottomed out until next weekend due to an emergency affecting my local guru, I wanted to take advantage of the decent weather and check out a customizing shop I have read about a few times over the past couple years.

I don't know its name or exact location. I thought it was in Manassas, Virginia, but different search parameters here and elsewhere have netted me zero.

Does anyone know who I am talking about?

Really? That might be fun. I'm considering writing a book -- something I have never done -- and that might give me some good practice.
