I'm thinking about getting some design 90s and polishing them but dont want to set myself up for a horrendous amount of work. My concern is about how rough the casting is, anyone got up close pics or any idea how rough they are? and has anyone polished these rims and care to comment on the effort involved?
Cookie Cutters are cast and are relatively smooth (not as smooth as forged wheels) and wouldnt take too much effort to polish, but i've decided to not polish the 928 teledials i have as they are soo rough and getting into the nooks and crannys would be a real PITA. I've polished 928 flat disc wheels without too much effort (look really sweet on my van :D ).
Ta!
