I have a vw beetle from 1964 without the pop-out turnsignals in the body. I would like to fit the little taillights from an oval. The problem is that they only have a position light and a brake light. Is there a possibility to have turn signals in these lights? My idea would have been to use the brake lights as turnsignals. Has anyone got some experiance with this problem?
Thx,
Tom

You can use a tailight converter from Napa Auto parts, part #755-1086. Not everyone has access to a NAPA. However, the manufacturer of this tailight converter is Hoppy and the universal part number is 48845. Or you can use relays to do the same function.

I'm sure you can order one online somewhere, if not use the relays it's basically the same thing.
