whose is the chassis with PTP bar in gallery?

Whose is that?? its on page four of the suspension gallery. would like to know more info on the setup, looks like they are running a GWD shifter too
Looking for a set of coilover shoks for the front of my bug, any suggestions???

I think that may have been the split that people are talking about (ex Alex). Pretty sure it has Red 9 coil-overs on it
