Take a look at my previous post on coilover front suspension O.K.?

After viewing your website, I think you would be able to answer the question for me.

Thanks in advance.

I can answer questions if there are some

The red 9 kit is the only one available for the front that I am aware of at the moment. For me it was about getting a more compliant front end for improved braking with such a light front end and it does this. The kit I got needed some mods as clearance with the upper trailing arm was limited. Also, the rods that replace the torsion leaves stuck out and dug into the tyres on full lock so they have to be cut down once installed.

For the rear, purely dependant on vehicle weight and as mine is such a unique case I wouldn't like to give recommendations to others on spring rates etc. I used the 944 outer trailing arm covers for improved locaion after the loss of the torsion bars as they have a big supporting area.

Where can I get information on the Red 9 kit?

My main question for the coil-over front kit was how well did it work. I understand the weight issue was important to you as your kit relieved quite a bit of weight up front.

I want the kit for the adjustability of ride height, as well as the ability to change spring rates to suit my needs versus sticking with stock rate torsion leafs or the 20% stiffer ones that are available aftermarket.

Thanks in advance.

The ride height needs to be known before you order the shock to a degree as they come in different lengths and there is only a few inches of adjustment on them.

I don't know if ti is a problem with the red9 units, but remember if you go stiffer, the spring diameter will increase so you may get clearance problems...

red 9 have a small section on www.volkszone.co.uk a search will bring it up...
