has anyone ever had the bell housing off a rx7/8 gearbox?

does the layout look similar to the 091?
-are they both a zf type box???

you know what i am trying to say
-can i just fit the rotary bell to a 091 box?
-easier than adaptors etc

I can guarantee that nothing from Mazda will directly bolt onto a VW gearbox. You are going to need some sort of adaptor.
