Does anyone know where I can find a oil temp dipstick sending unit for my type 1. Are these things accurate?

Gene Berg... P/N GB 227. It hooks to the oil pressure light in speedo.

Yea i have seen those but i want one i can hook up to a temp guage...

Oh, VDO has one and I think Autometer. Not sure of other companies.

The VDO part number is 320 019 for the 50-150 C sender in 300mm length.
