I'm trying to find a set of 195-50-15 autocross tires. True R compound competition tires. HP street tires won't cut it. I run a Ghia w/ full skirts so the size is critical. I've been looking for a while & Tire Rack, Disc Tire, ect... are no help. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
OldeFahrt

This is just a thought but try Hoosier racing tires they seem to have a good selection of true racing tires and compounds. J.B.

Thanks. You can see that request was made a while back. I should have updated. Hoosier has been "announcing" the release of a "new" racing tire for over a year now. They call it the Speedster & it comes in three sizes;185, 205 & 225. All on 15" rims. The idea is to market a tire for the classic race cars like the 356 that run several sanctioned classes in SCCA, NASA and the like. Hoosier finally released these tires & I was able to purchase them from a local race tire dealer. Tire Rack still doesn't carry them and probably never will. I was told that they "aren't allowed." Whatever that means. But, long story short, I'm set.
