I need to buy some good quality adjustable coilovers to put on my '69 automatic pan (IRS).
usefull info: it has a Suby EJ20TT so it's heavier then normal
I'm ordering a unibal setup from eagleperformance to eliminate the torsion bars.
it has a 3 bar anti wheelhop kit installed
car will be used on the street and the dragstrip
Can anyone recommend good coilovers for my application, maybe a little cheaper then the 900 euro ones Remelle offers?
Thanks

I used AVO on my speedster with 300lb springs (should give you a starting point, I had a 915 so weight probably not too different)
I have just bought some Pro-tech coil-overs for my latest project and the quality is excellent, all aluminium for under £100 each. I will also be using them on my VWRX 1303 cabrio.

You need to use 1.9" springs, last time I used 15" extended length, 10" closed which is close to stock damper lengths so you may want to alter that.
Hope that helps..

Pro-tech will custom build for the same price to your specs, they don't do many standard versions, just mix and match their parts for you.. Just tell them the above info and they can supply to that, they are good guys on the phone..
