Need info, Type IV with VW IRS 4 speed...

I need to know the distance from the pulley flange bolt to the inner edge of the rear apron on a '71 and later Beetle. Also would like to know if that pulley bolt is level with, or below the engine compartment seal retainer, and if below, by how much.

I just want to compare where my engine is positioned relative to the body vs. a Type IV on a VW transmission in the same type car.
