I just put new rims and tires on it. I fond a new old unmounted set of euro five star rims, and I wraped them in 195 50 R15 Kuhmo tires. I removed the headliner and am going to paint the interoir and make a custom headliner for the center only. And I am saving up for a six point roll cage. And some day a bigger motor and disks on all four. right now my motor is a new 1641 with a rebuilt 34pict. Its fast though.. And for the body not sure yet. I am a body man and sheet metal fabicater..:)

I presume you will be taking out the rear seat when you do your rollcage. I personally would like to see sequential pictures going from the before stage to the after stage of this for my next project.

Yea the back seat will be out but able to go back in.. My wife said it still needs to be useable sence I traded a 2000 ford escort for the bug. I will up date my pics as I go along...
