Coil over suspension for your Type 3 !!!

Here in the UK, I've been helping Red 9 Design to develop one of his coilover kits for a Type 3, as always, we have been the lesser cousin with all things VW (especially uprated parts) , but thanks to Simon at Red 9 for being keen enough to take up the chalenge when I approached him.

So my Fasty is the first to have them , no road test as yet, but I'm very happy with the result. I also have a rear setup from him. Quality is first class. Height adjustment is easy now and I got no saggy torsion bars to worry about !

Simon tells me you guys over in the states like his Type 1/2 kits as he ships out a few sets over the 'pond' :lol:

This setup looks interesting how does it ride on a type 3 ?
I have a 318Ti with coilovers and a very low aggressive stance and love the handling just point and shoot. Also would like that for my 69 fastback (2110cc auto).
Are there different spring rates and shock rates available for this setup ?
I like some of the tubular a-frame front ends out there any for a type 3??
