There are no wreckers near me with Porches whatsoever. I'm looking for the axle/cv assembly for a 944 or late 924. The axles should be 16 1/8" long. I'm willing to pay somewhere around $150 shipped for these.

I edited the post above with new info. Can somebody even recommend somewhere to look for these parts used that will ship to me?
Thanks

Hi Mike
Pelican parts has a good classified section, that's where I got all my stuff from a guy in Calgary no less. I picked up 4 phone dials, lug nuts, brake master cylinder and a whole rear end assembly for $440
The axles actually have a bus part # on them, and you can run bus CV's too of course. Just so you don't have to pay crazy porsche pricing.

Thanks I'll take that advice. Although I was thinking if I could find Porsche cv's I would go that route since I imagine they are a little stronger than the bus cv. Though if I could get bus cv's for cheap then I would just rebuild them with chromoly cages
