A Super Beetle convertible has caught my eye and it got me wondering ...
(1) Can a roll bar be introduced to a convertible easily and properly?
(2) Would a roll bar interfere with the function of a convertible top?
(3) Roll bar issue aside, what would be the nature of the back area if the rear seat was removed? (I have seen sedans with the rear removed an even though I don't remember the exact details, I have seen clean looking renditions ... and I know the battery could be moved to the front trunk area.)
The Super I am considering happens to be a 1303 but if the answer is different for a 1302, I'd like that for future reference, too.
