Due to the fact that I have to use X-joints (don't know what they're called) in the steering, the steering column had to have an extra bearing. So I made a bracket, shortend the column and mounted the bearing. I am pretty pleased with it.

I didn't like the way the gearbox was hanging (i did this 2jrs ago) so it was time for "plan B".
"Plan B" is mounting the gearbox higher, further inwards and solid. http://www.keversite.nl/fotoalbum/fotos/125833.jpg http://www.keversite.nl/fotoalbum/fotos/125834.jpg Back mount are ready, now it is time to do the front. Paul. |

The frame-horn replacements are ready, when the body goes of I will make the def. welds.
http://www.keversite.nl/fotoalbum/fotos/126176.jpg I widened the gearbox mount, this will make it stronger and improve the looks of the roll cage. http://www.keversite.nl/fotoalbum/fotos/126177.jpg Paul. |
Also made a start on the cage today. I want to be able to use the backseat. this is my try of a rollcage with a backseat.

Hi
Loving this build, keep the photos coming. I made this reply because sometimes when you post things and you don't get a reply it seems like your talking to yourself. I really like what you did with chassis forks. Steve |
