about a year or so ago (maybe even 2 years) HotVW's did an small one page article on a black 1303 GL from the UK.

I was very surprised to see this myself.

VW Trends has done over a half dozen GL articles in 01 - 02, but I havent seen any yet this year and we are already to August issue. I am really surprised by this :confused:

Like I said, It was from Euope(Black GL in HVW). Trends did a spread on 4 or 5 Tunner cars from Euope in May or June I think. All but one of them where GL.

I can not find the pictures on HotVWs website and I will not save them anyways. I need someone of VKG to make me some pics :D.....or get me the email address of the owner.

I just e-mailed Dave Cormack(HVW writer) about it, asked him to e-mail them and tell them to e-mail you.

OK, Dave e-mailed me back and gave me Dean Kirsten e-mail address(he shot the bus) and I forwarded the request to him.:silly:

I got a reply from Dean, it was the tipical"we can't give out personal info". I told him that I didn't want the personal Info, I only needed him to forward a mesage to the owner that the administrator of germanlook.com would like to do an online feature on the bus and if they where interested please contact Alex at www.germanlook.com. We will see if he will do it.:rolleyes:

David, I e-mailed Charles about shooting his 911/bus and he replied that you can shoot photos of the bus at the Florida Bug Jam on Nov 9, in Dade City, FL. He is planning to take the bus to that meet. Dean

if nothing else, a bunch of us VKG guys will be down there (including NO_H2O) and can take some pics. at least i better be down there in my GL. [fingers-crossed]

Oh goody I get to see the bus in person. Bug Jam should be cool seeing as there will be a VKG presence and that bus will be there. So far all the shows I've been too I haven't really stuck around because very few of the cars interest me. I don't mine will be very far along though. Possibly a type 4 by then and some rear discs. body work and making it pretty is the last of my concerns. We should try to make a GL convoy down to BugJam!
