A month after our hollidays we ditched the towbar, checked the valve-clearance, filled up the oil and took the white German to Bitburg to see how she would perform on the 1/4 mile. Well, she did very well, if I may say so! Best run was a 15.5 (the 1915 has 40 year old 1300cc heads, with stock valves!!:D:eek:), so we were very happy with this result. At the track I tried to make a bit of smoke (This is why mama told you not to put your new shoes on, when you go play outside;)). So here it is: Click here for our Bitburg burnout |
