Hmmmm, Kim I can't think of anyone directly. My guess would be to post on cal-look.com forum - there are a couple of people who frequent the forum that work for CB performance - that might be the next port of call??

The passenger seat has slid back into position - driver's side to go in soon. I have a pair of porsche 911 seats I may one day get reupholstered to go in, but $ are tight now so these seats will do for some time I think.

I love it so low, but the rear will have to come up because the extractors are almost dragging on the ground - just enough so I can get over speed humps without losing my exhaust.

Finished work not too long ago - front bumper is on and running board (under doors between fenders). Hopefully in a few weeks it will be ready to fire up and have its maiden voyage (but a fair bit still to do before then so don't hold me to it!)

Cheers guys, this weekend the narrowed beam was pulled off and painted in two pack silver (base coat clear coat) then refitted and aligned (roughly). Here is a quick pic of the holley blue pump and braided lines along with the Golf master cylinder.

The adjustable Koni red shocks were also refitted - had to put them to the 'soft' setting as the tension in the narrowed torsion leaves was too high so when they were on the stiff setting, it was rock hard. The car should be ready to fire up in about two weeks (have to sort out oil pressure sender and sync carbs, along with a few other bits and pieces like bleed brakes so I can stop) ;)

re. paint code - it is a bit of a custom mix so no specific code

re. speaker pods - I made them myself - see this link for full pics:

re. pump and reg - Holley blue pump combined with holley red (lower pressure) regulator in engine bay - this will be set to around 3psi

The rear end is a bit too high now after readjustment but I will leave it as is for the initial break in just so I don't have to worry about bottoming out on any bumps. I will fine tune it once again later on.

Yep, master cylinder is from a golf.

A bit more progress today - fan belt and last breather line on....front and side indicators also working too.
