LOVE IT !! Thanks Wally. Sandeep |
x2..... LOVIN IT! i like how the fenders are winded and kinda diggin on the rear spoiler over the rear window. keep them coming wally.
|
very impresive car and that video is great.
|
Great pics and video, hope there is a video shooting his car from the outside.

WOW!
Still looks awesome! |
Good to see the Doc's car is still out and around. I couldn't really justify air jacks on my car but the coolness factor there is so high.
I'd love to meet Armin and Wally at the track, 3 turbo bugs in one shot would be a hell of a thing to see and hear :D Sadly I'm on the wrong side of the pond |
wonder how well that rear spolier works, knowing how well that car is developed i bet its pretty good.
time to check the regs of the championship i do and see if i can run it. |
Great to see the Gerold car back on the track! That car is pure evil..although.I really liked the former aerodynamic front clip he had before better.Maybe just because it was different.

They say the New Beetle would benefit from a small spoiler on the top of the rear window, see: http://us1.webpublications.com.au/st...08675_17lo.jpg The airflow stays attached to the rear of the car, which isn't good. By placing a spoiler on the top of the rear window, the airflow can break free from the body. That way the airflow would describe more of a teardrop shape, which is the best aerodynamic shape. It's a bit like what the german engineer Kamm discovered. He invented the "Kamm-tail". Another example: http://images.thesamba.com/vw/gallery/pix/574421.jpg Hmm.....it might be the same car??:eekno: |
that is siiick, I love how its street legal and still has the lights, signals, and bumper but is such a radical car
|
Thanks for sharing pics! :)
It's nice to see cars that was fast long time ago... That thing has power AND slicks... I'm affraid to think how it would be to drive that thing 8) |
Found another video on youtube that shows some sort of race with the old rivels from Herbie, with herbie played by Armin's car :D
You'll have to sit through the first bit though. Theme is cars in films from the past: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sHdWsNegRS8 |
