would love to hear more about that evening entertainment. :D |
I will see what I can do, but I can't make any promises...
The evening entertainment consists of various beautiful women in various states of undress.. The weekend was a great mix of VWs and girls.. :) |
Hi Chris,
I've been there also! Just for the saturday, so I've missed the evening entertainment :( I will have some pics at the end of the week, early next week. Maybe I can post some of the nicest ones here also. GL was not very abundant IMO, more old school cars. Maybe it was just on saturday (?) Best regards, Walter |

Haha, I was there with my daily beige Variant. The 1303 is still high on its feet, having a new engine and 915 trans fitted, as well as some other 'mods' :D

BTW, I don't have a digital video...and my 'chemical' pictures are always being converted to a CD, hence the enormous amount of pixels in my pics... Greets, Walter |

Well, as promised, some other GL Spa pics I took:
http://www.keversite.nl/fotoalbum/fo...2004221420.jpg http://www.keversite.nl/fotoalbum/fo...2004215912.jpg http://www.keversite.nl/fotoalbum/fo...2004215548.jpg http://www.keversite.nl/fotoalbum/fo...2004215228.jpg Oh, and before you start wondering: the split (2,4++ltr type4) was way faster then the nice white one.. http://www.keversite.nl/fotoalbum/fo...2004220232.jpg The Volksworld featured split has a Autocraft 2,8 ltr with DTA EFI. It was not even that fast compared to other cars on the track that day... http://www.keversite.nl/fotoalbum/fo...2004220754.jpg The folding roof bug with the Fuchs at the top is powered by a 2 liter type 4 with tuned G60 comprerssor and Halltech EFI; Very fast. Enjoy! Walter |
Great pics.... I love the red one. I thought about using a motorcycle fuel cap since I thought it would look cool but I still don't know.
|
Good to see Keith Seume's old roof-chopped bug out on the strip, but its not as fast as it used to be...
