:D Great site. I love all the pictures of your bug and other projects around your neck of the woods.
Welcome to the site. |
Welcome, with a ride like that... I wouldn't be lurking... I would be posting about it, or is that boasting about it

Verry nice car!!
Also nice front lip does is has :D |
:agree: very nice and well done car. no need to be lurking. glad you are here.
question: where did you get the rear harness bar? i need to consider the same. i am running mine down to each of the rear seat mount points which is technically too low. |
i made it from 1/2 inch tube with a flat tab on each end to bolt it to the car then drilled a hole in the tube an welded a 1/2 stud in to it to mount the belts :)

Awesome car! Love the color and scheme.
The mirrors are very cool, what's the story there? Quote:
All in all amazing work and something to be VERY proud of, it looks extremely well thought out and integrated! Jason |
Hi
Nice work. Im curious about the inner fender bar work seen in the picture when the car had some rusty old wheels on it. Is this some extra support for your tramp bar? Steve |

Hi
Very funny:) A tramp bar is used to prevent axle tramp, sort old school these days with Kafer cup bars. The bar Im talking about on your car can be seen running horizontally along the inner fender, just above the bumper bracket location. Steve http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/1...0/DSC02427.jpg |
