im told the 914 came with 901 so try junk yards. thers one in texas called v veedub austin they will ship one to u. try looking em up

Got your text re my 901 setup:

everything I am using is T1, throwout bearing,shifter, flywheel,clutch, starter, engine mount, etc

the only thing that is porsche is the tranny 902/1 to be exact.

These modded T1 parts are cheaper and hold up the same as porsche.

got it all hooked up but for some reason I have no Clutch Adjustment
So I'm going to have to take it apart again an See what's Up

How is your shifting pattern?
Was it rough to get setup and dialed in, and also did you mount the trans. so it used the original throughput hole or did you cut out the bottom of your pan like most tech docs mention? did you use the volvo motor mounts for the 'bushings'?

any photos of the modified TI parts? I would love to see what linkage your running.

you mention using the TI shifter unit have you run into any issues with the shift pattern? i mean running from first to second? bumping into reverse?

finally, what motor do you have this hooked up to?

well the 901 is in and I'm just working out the Shift linkage now and getting it set up, I got it From Sandeep it was his old setup
got the Trans in and it's Hooked up to just a little 1641
and about the shifter I'm using a Scat and Not the Stock.

just took my time and Got it worken Right..

Chug can you tell me about your 901 output flanges? What cv's / axles are you running, and are you still running stock type 1 trailing arms?

Soo I'm using the Stock T1 output Flanges and T1 CV's
got all Stock T1 trailing arms too.

The knowledge is good. but the outcome is a bummer as I have upgraded to the 944 gear in hopes for higher strength from the larger axles and cast arms for the suby motor's high output...
