Zen, went to check out the web site to day. Imagine my shock to see my POS GL 71 vert picture on there. Kinda scary up there with all the good looking cars on there.

Is this to motivate me? :D

I need to find a good side view of a vert so I can play with my crayons and make some sort of picture depicting my car when done.

maybe seeing your picture will motivate others to join when they see how far gone your car is...LOL

not a problem. i am thinking about extending another page off of the member's profile that could have more pics of the car that doesn't fit the categories and more importantly project progress pics. more work for me, but cooler site i think.

Can you make it so the members can update their own project pics? Make a progress page for them.

i'm sure i can and have had that in mind, just have to figure out how to actually do it. i have a database setup with member info. i will extend that or create a new one for car info and pics and stuff. i just have to figure out how to build the frontend so that you can use a web page to update the stuff and have security around it. same thing gl.com has basically. more and more to do.

i still have to do a random banner generator as well.

oh i also talked to carbon joe last night about various things including your c/f boot cap and maybe some badge options for the club instead of window stickers. will be tough to create a "do-able" design though.
