turn signals troubles
 

My turnsiganls are going wonky on me. The emergency flashers work, but when I attach the ignition on power to the emergency switch for the indicator switch the right side (US passenger) turn signal starts flashing regardless of the switch position. I tried unplugging turn signal switch from the column harnes and the lights kept flashing away.

I have tried two flasher switches (one new) so I'm pretty sure it's not that. I've checked all of the wiring in the circuit that I can find, but no dice.

Any thoughts?
