CHT sensor setup?
As somebody you know, i will be using tall fin T. Pieper billet heads - he also recommended his porsche shroud for 260mm fan.
Does anybody have good place to start shopping / putting together a CHT sensor equipment, since i would like to test heat on all cylinders. I found from aircraft webshop some nice equipment, like sensors for under sparkplug and gauges: http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalo...onchtcp012.php http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catego...alcon_cht.html I would like to have a one gauge for all four cylinders. Dakota digital? Autometer? Aeroplane shop? Ouch, here :lmao::lmao: http://www.cps-parts.com/menus/in/ch...aerologic.html |
i read really good comments about the mgl avionics e1
http://www.mglavionics.com/E1.pdf , you can monitor chts, egts, op , volts, ot , it even has an alarm in my case, i have a 914 style quad gauge that has a vdo cht ,so decided to go with a Westach 4 pole selector switch , i still have to connect them to my 4 vdo cht senders . (my poor manīs cht monitoring gauge ) |
