was just wondering how you all with 944 m/c how you ran your lines???? did you use any tee fitting for your brake light switchs..

no tee fitting, just i ran the 23mm to the rear brakes and the 19mm to the front.so i used the spare front port for the pressure switch.

Did the same thing, just mounted the 23mm front bore to the front of the bug ;) I didn't even had to make new lines, just bend the old (already new) ones; it was very cool that it did all fit rather easy :D

Mine was a little more awkward. This could have been because my car is right hand drive- so the ports for the mc sat really close to the tunnel. The car is a 71 1302- so there is less space around the mc than on standard bugs.

I couldn't have fitted the brake light switch in their if I had wanted to.

I ran 2 new front hard lines - one to each side, from each of the mc ports for the front (the 23mm portion), and allowed enough length so i could fit these with the mc loosely in place.

I ran a short rear line to a T piece which plumbed into the stock rear line. And I ran the brake light switch off the T piece. I had to clearance the brace beneath the spare wheel well to fit the rear line to the mc.

Cheers
Jeremy
