94 to96mm and fuel injection

I am in the process of planning my 78 bus engine rebuild. I would like to put some 96mm P+Cs in and am wondering what the effect would have on the stock Fuel Injection. will it work? will I have to modify the injector flow? I am going to use stock heads and stock stroke.
